Raspberry Chia Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 5/8 large banana, cut in chunks
  • 1/4 cup and 2 teaspoons chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Place the raspberries, apple juice, yogurt, banana, chia seeds, and vanilla, if desired, in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and frothy.
