Blueberry muffins are everyone’s favourite breakfast meal, but the calories keep most of away. What if we tell you we have a guilt-free way for you to enjoy them?

1. Mash up about ½ cup of blueberries with ½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt with ¾ unsweetened almond milk in a bowl.

2. Add in 1 cupped rolled oats, 2 tbsp chia seeds, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1 tbsp vanilla extract, 1 tbsp honey, 1 tsp lemon zest and salt to the mixture

3. Place it all in the refrigerator, covered, overnight.

4. Top it up with granola and fresh blueberries in the morning and serve cold.
