Raspberry Chia Smoothie
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 5/8 large banana, cut in chunks
- 1/4 cup and 2 teaspoons chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- Place the raspberries, apple juice, yogurt, banana, chia seeds, and vanilla, if desired, in a blender.
- Blend until smooth and frothy.
