  • ¾ cup quinoa flour

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

  • Slowly add the quinoa flour and chocolate chips. Blend them in well.
  • Dab your hands with quinoa flour and make balls out of the dough. Place balls on the cooking sheet and flatten gently.

  • In a heatproof mug, mix the dry ingredients and stir well.

  • 1 tbsp brown sugar

  • 8 large blackberries

  • 1/8 tsp baking powder


  • In a heatproof cup, place the blackberries. Sprinkle some sugar and microwave for 15 seconds.
  • In another bowl, mix all the ingredients. Stir well till it forms a paste.
  • Spoon the dough into the blackberries and microwave for 1 minute and 20 seconds.
  • Scoop some ice-cream on top to add to the taste.
