That's why we came up with this easy to make, healthier-than-pancakes pancake recipe! It's still as fluffy, light, and soft as you remember, but these pancakes will leave you feeling much better afterwards because they're vegan.
How do you replace eggs in a pancake recipe?
This is much easier than it sounds. Eggs provide structure, richness, and flavour. But so can plant-based alternatives! Options include:
- Silken tofu
- Curd
- Flaxseeds
- Chia seeds
- Mashed banana
- Vinegar and baking soda
- And so on
The best vegan egg substitute depends on what you're making, however.
