My recent order (#163474) included your Plant Based Buttery Spread, which arrived with a strong, sour, spoiled smell, making it unusable.
While the purchase and delivery were quick, getting this issue resolved has been a nightmare. I've been trying to contact you via email, WhatsApp, and Instagram for days, receiving no helpful response. After finally getting a call and sending the requested video/photo, I'm still waiting for an actual solution.
Their pre-purchase service is excellent, but their post-purchase customer support for a faulty product is severely lacking. Do not expect help if something goes wrong.

I am a regular user , simply loving the curd,milk and ghee

It smells and tastes nutty and is less greasy than dairy butter! Plus I get to support cows😋

It was spoiled. The moment I opened it there was a very bad and pungent smell. I initially thought that’s how they are supposed to be probably but it was just spoiled and I had to throw it away after 2-3 uses

Just the colour Is similar to butter but the smell and taste isn't. Neither it's texture. Smell is so so so bad that it makes it impossible to consume it. And it is expensive also.

Buyer beware for the Nourish You Vegan Buttery Spread! I've had a really poor experience with this product. I ordered it, found the smell incredibly off-putting, and received a replacement that had the exact same strong, unpleasant odor. Despite being told the smell is 'normal,' it makes the product very hard to consume, especially for its premium price. While the taste is okay, the smell is a significant deterrent. My Peanut Curd and Cheese Block orders were fine, but I would strongly advise against purchasing the buttery spread."

This is a solid replacement for butter. Given that this vegan butter is slightly salty, it'd be a like-for-like replacement for salted butter.

My only criticism is that the product could've been labelled as salted

Very bad smelly. It has gone bad . Complained through mail but got no response. Will not order again .

If you don't know it's not butter, you think it's butter. Amazing product!

So ive bought this twice and both times ive had a hard time getting used to the smell. It tastes good when melted and cooked, im not sure if it can be spread on toast as it is. But please lord, work on the smell of the butter it’s a little repelling. All in all it’s decent

Butter is good. Can easily be substituted. I like the fact that it is not salted

The butter quality is acceptable.
However the cost seems to be on the higher end. If you want more users and more volume the cost has to be reduced that is viable to many buyers

Absolutely awesome. Heavenly taste, no different from Normal Butter.
But I received this order in July,2023 with an expiry date of 21st July,2023. There was too little time for me to store and enjoy the butter. Next time please send a Fresher product which can be consumed in leisure.

Compared to butter made from cow's milk, vegan butter seemed too oily, possibly because of the ingredients used in preparation. Vegan butter melted quite quickly and taste was also quite ok. Needs improvement in terms of taste.
